Submission Guidelines

You may submit up to 10 photographs per submission.Each submission must include the following text/written material: 

Image Preparation

File format: JPG/JPEG
Colour space: sRGB
Dimensions: 3000 pixels at its widest/longest side

Notes:

  • Do not include watermarks, borders or signatures on the
submitted photos

  • Any image(s) that fail to meet these conditions will not be considered for the selection process.

Image File Naming

Use lowercase and follow this format:

fullname.number.jpg

Example:
john.doe.01.jpg
john.doe.02.jpg
john.doe.03.jpg

Text/Written Material

(A short reflection explaining why you took these photographs, which investigation partner you used for this image, and how they respond to the case theme)

Format: Word (.doc / .docx) or PDF
File naming: fullname.filetype

Example:
john.doe.doc
john.doe.pdf

File(s) Submission (ZIP Folder)

Compress all photographs and text/written material into one ZIP file.

  • ZIP file name: fullname.zip
  • Example: john.doe.zip

Ensure all files follow the required formats and naming conventions before submitting.
